If any stakeholders notice any misconduct or wrongdoing related to the company's operations or its subsidiaries and wish to report corruption, illegal actions, inaccuracies in financial reports, internal control system deficiencies, or violations of business ethics, they may contact the independent directors or the company's audit committee to inquire about the details or file a complaint. All information pertaining to complaints and disclosures made to the company will be kept confidential. The independent directors or the company's audit committee assign Compliance Officer to investigate the information and identify ways to address any issues that arise, and report to the chairman and/or the committee. The company has established channels for receiving complaints and feedback and also introduced a direct email channel for senior management.
