TQM Alpha Public Company Limited Dividend Payment Announcement

Referring to the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 4/2023 of TQM Alpha Company Limited ("the Company") held on 11 August 2023, which approved the distribution of an interim dividend. This dividend is an allocation from the separate financial statement covering the period from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023 at a rate of THB 0.50 per share for a total of 600 million shares, amounting to THB 300 million (three hundred million baht). After deducting the applicable withholding tax rate of 10% or THB 0.05 per share from the amount that shareholders will receive, shareholders will be entitled to a dividend of 0.45 Baht per share in cash. The record date is scheduled for 29 August 2023, with the dividend payment set for 8 September 2023. This dividend distribution has been carried out with full adherence to the statutory reserve requirements.
