The Company provided training programs covering 98.55% of all employees, with a wide range of courses from AI-First Mindset, Generative AI for Executive, sales skills, to leadership development. The Company also granted master’s degree scholarships and scholarships for employees’ children totaling 782 scholarships, an increase of 24.44% from 2024.
